1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and heybajii ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of heybajii — including its sportsbook, live casino, slots, and any associated features — you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be fully bound by them.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the platform. heybajii reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use heybajii, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. heybajii operates a strict 18+ policy. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to register, deposit funds, or place any bet on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is permitted for your personal use under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of heybajii is lawful in your location.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have requested account closure or a cooling-off period that remains in effect.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not have been previously banned or permanently suspended from heybajii for any reason.

heybajii conducts age and identity verification at the point of first withdrawal and reserves the right to request verification documents at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate accompanied by a secondary form of identification. Accounts that fail to pass verification within the specified timeframe will be suspended pending review.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of heybajii's services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual player may hold only one registered account on heybajii. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension.
• Accurate information: All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. heybajii will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login details.
• KYC verification: heybajii operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
• Account ownership: Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred to, sold to, or used by any third party. Playing on behalf of another individual, or allowing a third party to operate your account, is a violation of these Terms.

heybajii reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on heybajii are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the platform:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced verification may be requested for large transactions.
• Accepted payment methods: heybajii supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your heybajii account within 60 seconds of confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 24 hours. heybajii is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.
• Withdrawal eligibility: To submit a withdrawal request, your account must be fully verified in accordance with our KYC requirements. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your account, subject to method availability.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Player funds: All player funds deposited with heybajii are held in segregated accounts, separate from the platform's operational finances, to ensure their protection in all circumstances.
• Transaction fees: heybajii does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are your sole responsibility.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

heybajii offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus eligibility: Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim the same welcome bonus more than once — including through duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower percentage rate. Full contribution rates are published in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date from the time of crediting, typically 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings remaining after the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.

• heybajii's discretion: heybajii reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any inconsistency between a general rule and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

Players who are found to be exploiting bonuses — including through arbitrage betting, placing low-risk bets to drain wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — will have their bonuses voided and accounts reviewed for potential suspension.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through heybajii's sportsbook, live casino, and slots products:

• Bet placement: All bets are final once confirmed. heybajii does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet details before confirmation.
• Odds and prices: heybajii reserves the right to correct any odds or prices that are published in error due to technical fault or human error. If a bet is placed on an erroneous price, the platform reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during key moments of a match (e.g., wicket fall, injury stoppage, VAR review). heybajii accepts no liability for bets placed just before or after a market is suspended.
• Match abandonment and postponements: If a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the result is determined, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account, unless the event is replayed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time and the specific sport's rules provide otherwise.
• Slot and casino games: All slot games and live casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics supplied by licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Game results are entirely determined by these certified systems and cannot be influenced by any external factor.
• Maximum winnings: heybajii applies maximum single-transaction winnings limits which vary by game type and market. These limits are displayed within each game or market. Any winnings exceeding the applicable limit will be paid up to the maximum limit only.
• Disputed results: In the event of a dispute over a game result or bet settlement, the decision of heybajii's trading team shall be final, subject to any formal dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using heybajii, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point of interaction with the platform.
• Using software, bots, scripts, automated systems, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any activity designed to manipulate the outcome of a bet or game.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown software error will be voided and may result in account suspension.
• Using heybajii for money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. The platform is required by its operating obligations to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Posting, transmitting, or sharing abusive, offensive, or harassing content via any communication channel on the platform, including live chat.
• Registering more than one account for the purpose of obtaining multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.

heybajii employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity. Players found to be in breach of any of the above prohibitions will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds where applicable, and may be reported to relevant legal authorities.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

heybajii reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder via our responsible gaming programme.
• Regulatory obligation or instruction from a relevant legal authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, heybajii will communicate the reason for suspension via the registered email address. Players have the right to request a formal review of any suspension decision by contacting our support team. The review process will be completed within 10 business days of the request.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 24 hours of the request being received. Any verified account balance at the time of closure, subject to satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements, will be refunded to the player's registered payment method.
